What happens in Vegas... Gets Published!!!!

Three months ago I took a trip to Sin City, Las Vegas, to collaborate on a super fun, colourful styled photo shoot with a group of wedding vendors all flying down from Seattle. This was defintely my "adult" trip as we stayed off the strip in an AirBnB and bought GROCERIES!!! Seriously! I didn't stay out all night in my 4inch heels and make a pit stop before heading back to the hotel for a sandwich at Earl of Sandwich either. #Adulting

Today, it's been PUBLISHED in 100 Layer Cake an online wedding blog. Check it out HERE.

It was a long 72hours but with an amazing team we managed to capture the essence of the famous Vegas elopement. I went with a smokey eye makeup and bolder lip colour to compliment the Las Vegas surroundings since it was an elopement style wedding. Anything traditional was out the door!

Day 1 was at Fun City Motel, catching golden hour, when sunlight turns magical, or as Urban Dictionary describes it as "The time between 5:30-6:00 eastern time when lightskins take bomb as f*ck pictures" (Thank you for the definition) The photos defintely were bomb as f*ck pictures!

Day 2 was a very, very early start (4:30am) as we needed to get to Seven Magic Mountains before we start sweating in the desert heat. And before it gets too busy from other tourists to shoot. If you haven't been to Seven Magic Mountains, I highly suggest you check it out, it's only 30min south of the Las Vegas strip.

After the day is done we CELEBRATE!! Making our way to the Vegas strip to go eat at Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris Hotel for their famous Steak Frites and of course, we must have wine. This was by far the most fun, most intense work trip I've been on and I can't wait to do it all over again in October with these Fab 4!!
